Are you feeling a little nervous? Keep scrolling and I will go over how normal and natural those feelings are below.

Are you nervous about boudoir?

Does the idea of a boudoir session seem super appealing to you and like it’s exactly what you NEED? But are your nerves holding you back from reaching out? Nerves are a normal part of life. Unknown things are always a little uncomfortable but also very exciting! Being nervous for boudoir is absolutely to be expected especially if this is your first boudoir experience. I am a safe space to voice your concerns and I will be honest with you about the entire experience. Being vulnerable with someone that you don’t know yet is intimidating and I get that one hundred percent. At boudoir sessions and even before the session, I get to know my clients. Boudoir is more than just snapping some photos. During the booking process I send out a questionnaire that goes over questions about what you’re comfortable with during your boudoir session. The questions help me get to know you and even help me plan poses that are catered to you and your comfortability. Leading up to your session, I encourage you to reach out with any questions you have; I don’t care what time it is…if it comes to your mind and you’re feeling anxious, get ahold of me and we will talk it out! A huge part of the boudoir process is us getting to know one another. One of my favorite things about my career choice is that I have one on one client experiences that allow for me to really get to know who I’m photographing. I have built lifelong friendships with clients through my work and I am forever grateful for those connections! As someone that struggles with anxiety herself, being anxious and overthinking things are not foreign to me. I know that struggle and I want to help ease any of your concerns. Part of connecting with others is being vulnerable and putting yourself out there. My wonderful clients are vulnerable and put their trust in me to photograph them in a more personal way through boudoir. I am very transparent and like to be vulnerable in exchange. Sharing my own boudoir photos is totally out of my own comfort zone as a mother that struggles with her body image. My body issues are what has fueled my passion to help other’s feel empowered and confident in their own skin. Let’s talk on the phone if you’d like to discuss even more details about how the boudoir process goes. If you’re feeling unsure, I understand and would love to talk more with you about it. The boudoir experience is ABOUT YOU, FOR YOU. It is about capturing your story through beautiful images. Remember you’re beautiful on the inside and your external beauty is just a bonus and I am here to capture that and show you what everyone else sees even though it can be hard to see within ourselves. If you have questions or would just like to talk more about the boudoir experience, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Even if you don’t book or are not ready to book quite yet, I’d love to chat with you! Below are some boudoir images of me; if you can be vulnerable with me, you deserve the same from me! This is NOT how I look on a daily basis. At the studio you’ll probably find me in a messy bun with minimal if any makeup and possibly in some baggy sweatpants. Mom life does not allow me to get ready on a daily basis and I have accepted that! :)
